  19. Subject: PackRat Phonebook Appears Empty or Missing Records in WinFax

  21. Situation:
  22. ==========
  23. When accessing the PackRat phonebook from the Send Fax dialog in 
  24. WinFax, the phonebook appears empty or missing records at the top of 
  25. the phonebook.
  26.  
  27. Within WinFax, the PackRat phonebook is sorted alphabetically by name. 
  28. Records that do not have information entered in the Name field are 
  29. displayed as blanks and placed at the top of the phonebook in WinFax. 
  30. Consequently, if more than five PackRat client records lack data in 
  31. the Name field, the phonebook appears to be blank in the Send Fax dialog
  32. of WinFax.

  34. Solution:

  36. To properly display the client records, edit the phonebook in PackRat 
  37. so that all records have the appropriate information contained in the 
  38. Name field.
